Character Background and Description Gumiho has the ability to shift her appearance from a human to a vicious fox like monster with nine tails. She has existed for a very long time, feeding on human prey by seducing them and luring them into the woods to kill them. She takes her time stalking victims, appearing in a village as a human until she targets her next victim. There she takes the appearance of a woman, usually tweaking her features to appeal to her quarry. She'd show up at odd hours of the night, dressed seductively to lure her target and to get them to follow her into the wilderness. Driven by lust, her targets follow her only for her to transform, elongating her limbs, growing fur, sprouting fangs and claws and her fabled nine tails. She then viciously mauls them, leaving very little behind. After a successful kill, she tends to vanish for several months until she becomes hungry again.
Gumiho exhibits the personality of a playful and teasing woman which is why she tends to primarily attract male targets. She often acts very flirtatiously, teasing her targets with seductive clothing to further entice them. On the rare occasion she fails at attracting her target, she grows angry and transforms to kill them on the spot, although she has been attempting to avoid this.
